Abstract
Objective:To analyze the genetic polymorphisms of 20 autosomal STR loci in Shanwei population of Guangdong Province,including D3S1358,TH01,D21S11,D18S51,Penta E,D5S818,D13S317,D7S820,D16S539,CSF1PO,Penta D,vWA,D8S1179,TPOX,FGA,D19S433,D12S391,D6S1043,D2S1338 and D1S1656.Methods:The FTA blood cards of 418 unrelated individuals in Shanwei area of Guangdong Province were collected.The DNA was amplified and typed by health gene STRtyper-21g plus kit,analyzed by GeneMapper software,and the allele frequency and population genetic parameters were counted by SPSS and modified powerstates software.Results:The allele frequency distribution of 20 STR loci was 0.001-0.571,the power of discrimination was 0.771-0.984,the polymorphism information content was 0.527-0.904,the power of exclusion(duo-cases)was 0.275-0.790,the power of exclusion(tiros-cases)was 0.400-0.842,the observed heterozygosity was 0.586-0.897,and the expected heterozygosity was 0.587-0.912.The distribution of genotypes accorded with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium law(P>0.05).Conclusion:The 20 autosomal STR loci in shanwei population have high polymorphism,which is of great research and application value in anthropology and population genetics,as well as in parental identification and individual identification.关键词
