多层螺旋CT仿真内窥镜在颈动脉狭窄中的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of multislice spiral computed tomography virtual endoscopy in carotid artery stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral computed tomography virtual endoscopy(CTVE)in carotid artery stenosis.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with carotid artery stenosis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College between January 2021 and March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,including 49 males and 11 females,aged 46-85(66±8)years.All patients underwent computed tomography angiography(CTA),cervical vascular ultrasound(CVUS)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination,in which CTVE imaging was processed after CTA examination.The consistency of CTA combined with CTVE and CVUS in diagnosing the degree of carotid artery stenosis was analyzed with DSA as the gold standard.Results:The Kappa values of CTA combined with CTVE and CVUS for the diagnosis of carotid stenosis were 0.764 and 0.756,respectively,which were in good consistency.The Kappa values of CTA combined with CTVE for the diagnosis of carotid stenosis of different degrees were 0.702(mild stenosis),0.648(moderate stenosis),0.905(severe stenosis),and 0.959(occlusion),respectively.CTVE and DSA had better consistency in the diagnosis of severe carotid stenosis and occlusion(Kappa values of 0.905 and 0.959,respectively).Conclusion:CTVE has good diagnostic value in carotid artery stenosis,especially in the diagnosis of severe carotid artery stenosis or occlusion.关键词
