补光光强和补光时间对黄瓜植株生长和果实品质的影响
Effects of Light Supplement Intensity and Duration on Plant Growth and Fruit Quality of Cucumber

Abstract
In order to achieve high-efficient and good-quality production of cucumber in winter facilities,this experiment was conducted with the cucumber variety Improved 21-10 as test material.Five treatments were set as control(CK),40 μmol·m-2·s-1 light supplement for 4 hours(T1),80 μmol·m-2·s-1 light supplement for 4 hours(T2),40 μmol·m-2·s-1 light supplement for 8 hours(T3)and 80 μmol·m-2·s-1 light supplement for 8 hours(T4).The effects of different light supplement intensities and durations on plant growth,fruit qual-ity and mineral element accumulation of cucumber were studied.The results showed that compared with CK,T1 and T4 treatments significantly increased cucumber plant height,fruit longitudinal diameter and K content,but significantly decreased fruit VC content.T2 and T3 treatments significantly increased cucumber plant height,maximum leaf area,single fruit weight,fruit transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter,and con-tents of K,Ca and Mn in cucumber fruits.Meanwhile,T2 treatment significantly increased the contents of sol-uble protein,soluble sugar and sucrose in cucumber fruits.Membership function analysis results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value based on plant growth and fruit quality characters of cucumber was the highest under T2 treatment.In summary,80 μmol·m-2·s-1 light supplement for 4 hours was optimal to plant growth and fruit quality formation.关键词
