孤独症谱系障碍儿童的睡眠问题及其相关因素研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the sleep problems and related factors in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),so as to provide a basis for prevention and intervention of sleep problems in children with ASD.Methods:84 children with ASD were selected as ASD group by the department of child healthcare in Foshan Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from July 2019 to December 2022,as well as 84 typical development children with matched age in the same region and period were selected as the control group.Compare the sleep status of the children in both two groups and analyze the correlation factors by demographic data questionnaires and Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CHSQ).Independent t test and chi-square test were used to compare the general characteristics and sleep status,after that logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of sleep problems in ASD group.Results:The survey showed that 91.7 percent of ASD children and 81.0 percent of typical development group had sleep disorders,with statistically significant difference(P≤0.05),that meant the detection rate of sleep disorders in ASD children was higer than typical development children.ASD children had significantly higher scores than typical development children in CHSQ total scores,parasomnias and daytime sleepiness,with statistically significant difference(P≤0.05),which meant ASD children had more sleep problems than typical development children,especially in parasomnias and daytime sleepiness.Logistic analysis showed that those ASD children whose mothers had maternal Vitamin D supplement during pregnancy were more likely to decrease sleep problems(OR=0.01,P≤0.05).Conclusion:ASD children may be more likely to have sleep problems than the normal children.Maternal Vitamin D supplement during pregnancy may be the correlation factor of ASD children with sleep problems.关键词
