Abstract
As economic development and people's living standards improve,customers are increasingly demanding service quality and service standards from electric utilities.In order to further improve the quality of service,measures are explored to increase customers'experience in electricity to meet their individual needs.The article analyzes the importance of increasing the customer experience and the importance of the tools that exist for it,and proposes measures to improve the customer experience by actively researching the network service model,continuously expanding the service channels,and strengthening communication with customers.关键词
