摘要

Abstract

The development of modern science and technology has given birth to electronic circuit simulation technology,and widely used in integrated circuit design,from the practical application of electronic circuit simulation technology,showing strong diversity,high efficiency,stability advantages,but also so that it plays an important role in the circuit function,integrated circuit development,project development and other aspects.In this paper,from the characteristics of electronic circuit simulation technology,to further elaborate the application of electronic circuit simulation technology value,PSpice simulation software as an example,specifically analyze the application of electronic circuit simulation technology in integrated circuit design,and the application of electronic circuit simulation technology development trend in the future to look forward to,with a view to improving the effectiveness of the application of electronic circuit simulation technology to provide support for the electronic application of research and development.
