Abstract
The video surveillance system has always been an important part of the physical protection system of nuclear facilities.The coverage,clarity,and accuracy of surveillance videos are also an important indicator for testing the effectiveness of the physical protection system of nuclear facilities.The physical protection system is a crucial measure to ensure the safety of nuclear facilities.It mainly includes access control,intrusion detection,video monitoring,alarm response,and security management.The system is designed to prevent the unauthorized access of personnel and materials,minimize the risk of nuclear material theft or sabotage,and ensure the smooth operation of the nuclear facilities.The full-area real-life video surveillance system with over 100 million pixels for large scenes is an all-weather,automated,and intelligent video surveillance system.It has been widely used in other security fields and has a certain amount of technology accumulation.It can solve the problem of physical protection video of existing nuclear facilities.A new technical solution is provided to solve the problems existing in the monitoring system.By analyzing the overall architecture,software algorithms,and technical characteristics of the full-area real-scene video surveillance system,combined with the needs and problems of video surveillance in the current nuclear facility physical protection system,the future development trend of global live video monitoring is proposed.关键词
