摘要
Abstract
Infectious diseases caused by waterborne pathogens are seriously endangering human public health and life health.Sensitive,rapid and accurate detection of waterborne pathogens is of great significance to ensure water safety and prevent infectious diseases.Conventional water source pathogenic bacteria detection technology has com-plex operation,long detection time and high requirements for equipment,which is not conducive to rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria.Waterborne pathogens detection based on lateral flow device has the advantages of low cost,high specificity and high convenience,which can be used to detect and quantify different pathogens in water sam-ples.This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the existing detection technologies,and focuses on the detection principle of the lateral flow device,as well as the research progress of the lateral flow device in the de-tection of water borne pathogens.关键词
