脉络宁口服液联合利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病周围神经病变氧化应激及肌电图指标的影响
Effects of Mailuoning oral liquid combined with Liraglutide on oxidative stress and EMG indexes in type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Mailuoning oral liquid combined with Liraglutide on oxidative stress and EMG indexes in type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected,According to different treatment plans,the patients were divided into control group and study group,56 cases each,The control group received liraglutide treatment,the study group received Mailuoning oral liquid combined with liraglutide treatment.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score,inflammatory factors,oxidative stress index,EMG index,adverse reactions and quality of life during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(82.14%)was higher than that of the control group(67.86%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syn-drome scores and TCSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MCV and SCV of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(3.57%vs5.36%)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment and follow-up,the BP score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mailuoning oral liquid combined with Liraglutide can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress reaction,and in-crease the nerve conduction speed in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and has high safety.关键词
