磁技术与新型内镜扩张球囊在上消化道金属异物取出中的应用对比研究
Application of magnetic technology and new endoscopic balloon dilation in removing metal foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract:a comparative study

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of magnetic technique and new endoscopic dilating balloon in the ex-traction of metallic foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract.Methods:Ninety-three patients with metal foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract received by Qinhuangdao Military Hospital from October 2018 to October 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study(all patients were unable to expel foreign bodies naturally),and divided into three groups(31 cases each)according to random number table method.The metal foreign bodies were extrac-ted by magnetic technique,foreign body forceps and snare under the guidance of a new endoscopic dilating balloon.The general data,the success rate of metal foreign body removal,the existence and time of metal foreign body re-moval,and the incidence of complications were compared among the 3 groups.Results:The success rates of foreign body removal in group A,group B and group C were 90.32%,77.42%and 61.29%,respectively,with statistical difference among the three groups(χ2=7.264,P=0.026).The removal time of metal foreign bodies in group A[(19.62±3.46)min],group B[(31.78±4.15)min]and group C[(36.61±4.86)min]gradually increased,and there was a statistical difference(F=134.961,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group A,group B and group C was 9.68%,32.26%and 38.71%,respectively,and there was significant difference among the three groups(χ2=7.331,P=0.026).Conclusion:Magnetic technology combined with a new type of endoscopic dilating balloon has a better effect on the removal of metal foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract,which has the advan-tages of high success rate,short time and few complications,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
