帕罗西汀对脑卒中后癫痫共病抑郁患者的疗效及安全性的研究
Efficacy and safety of paroxetine in patients with epilepsy comorbidities after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of paroxetine in the treatment of epilepsy comorbidity depression af-ter stroke.Methods:78 post-stroke epilepsy comorbid depression patients from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups based on the order of admission.The control group received placebo treatment,while the study group received paroxetine treatment on the basis of the control group.Com-pared with the control group,the clinical treatment effect of the study group was better(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the study group had fewer adverse reactions(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the re-search group were relatively low(P<0.05);The ADL and NIHSS scores of the research group are more in line with normal indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of paroxetine treatment on patients with epilepsy comor-bid depression after stroke is obvious,which can significantly improve the epilepsy condition of the body,regulate the depressive psychology,reduce the adverse damage to the body's nervous function and adverse reactions,so as to improve the overall ability of daily life,and should be popularized.关键词
