Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the expression of TLRs/NF-kB pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and bacterium-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with bacterial positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the combined group,60 patients with simple diabetes mellitus were selected as the diabetes group,and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were given the standard treatment plan for pulmonary tuberculosis,and the expres-sion of TLR2,TLR4,and NF-κB mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of the three groups were com-pared,and the relationship between the expression of TLRs/NF-κB pathway and the clinical treatment effect of patients was compared.Results:There were significant differences in the mRNA expressions of TLR2,TLR4 and NF-κB among the three groups(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the relative expressions of TLR2,TLR4 and NF-κB mRNA in the com-bined group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the relative expression of TLR2,TLR4 and NF-κB mRNA in the sputum-negative group were significantly lower than those in the sputum-positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and bacteria-positive pulmonary tuberculosis are in the TLRs/NF-kB pathway activation state,and after treatment,the expression of TLRs/NF-kB pathway can be reduced,and the improvement of TLRs/NF-kB pathway and the patient's anti-tuberculosis treatment effect closely related.关键词
