Abstract
Objective:To explore the practical effect of Medical failure Mode and effect Analysis(HFMEA)theory applied to emergency emergency procedures for patients with non-traumatic chest pain on the basis of emergency information.Methods:A total of 100 such patients admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical Uni-versity from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by stratified sampling method.The control group implemented routine emergency intervention,and the observation group implemented emergency intervention using HFMEA theory under emergency information.The timeliness of rescue,incidence of cardiac adverse events,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time for examination and the staying time in the emergency room in the observa-tion group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiac adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of HFMEA theory based on emergen-cy information can improve the timeliness of emergency rescue for patients with non-traumatic chest pain,shorten the detention time in the emergency room,and reduce the occurrence of cardiac adverse events.关键词
