肺部超声用于肺结核诊断的临床研究
Clinical study of pulmonary ultrasound in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical study of pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuber-culosis.Methods:76 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis treated in the Third People's Hospital of Lang-fang and partner hospitals from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All of them were exam-ined by pulmonary ultrasound and CT,and the diagnostic efficacy,examination indexes and ultrasonic signs of pul-monary ultrasound and CT for pulmonary tuberculosis were compared with the results of bronchoendoscopic patho-logical biopsy as the gold standard.Results:According to the gold standard,there were 47 cases of pulmonary tu-berculosis and 31 cases of bacterial pneumonia.The sensitivity and specificity of pulmonary ultrasound for pulmo-nary tuberculosis diagnosis were 91.49%and 90.32%.The sensitivity and specificity of CT in the diagnosis of pul-monary tuberculosis were 95.74%and 96.77%.The waiting time,examination time and diagnosis result issuance time of pulmonary ultrasound were shorter than those of CT(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the proportion of pneumobronchial sign,fragment sign,waterfall sign and blood flow signal between pulmonary tuber-culosis and bacterial pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary ultrasound is of high clinical value in the diag-nosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,has high diagnostic efficiency,can effectively identify the signs of pulmonary tu-berculosis,and is simple,quick and rapid,worthy of priority choice.关键词
