熊去氧胆酸联合维生素E治疗抗肿瘤药物所致急性药物性肝损伤的临床疗效分析
Analysis of clinical efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with vitamin E in the treatment of acute drug-induced liver injury caused by antitumor drugs

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with vitamin E in the treat-ment of acute drug-induced liver injury(ADILI)caused by antitumor drugs.Methods:A total of 104 patients with ADILI due to antitumor drugs were selected from August 2022 to August 2023.According to different treat-ment plans,they were divided into control group and study group,52 cases each.The control group received mag-nesium isoglycyrrhizinate,on the basis of which,the study group received ursodeoxycholic acid combined with vita-min E.LIver function index,inflammation index,T lymphocyte index and adverse reaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:After treatment,serum AST,ALT and TBiL levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,MIF,IL-6 and NO in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ was lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(21.15%vs15.38%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with vitamin E can im-prove the liver function of patients with ADILI caused by antitumor drugs,control the inflammatory response and improve the immune function,with high safety.关键词
