Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tropicamide Eye Drops in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with pseudomyopia in People's Hospital of Mudan,Heze from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given Atropine Gel treatment,and the study group was given Tropicamide Eye Drops treatment.The naked vision,diopter,total incidence of adverse events and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The naked vision and diopter in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tropicamide Eye Drops treating pseudomyopia in children has significant clinical effect,which can improve naked vision and diopter,reduce adverse events,and is worth popularizing.关键词
