Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 76 children with adenoid hypertrophy in National Pharmaceutical Medical Hospital,Weifang from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction,while the experimental group was treated with self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose and snoring decreased in both groups,and the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose and snoring in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion treating adenoid hypertrophy in children has significant clinical effect,which can promote the relief of symptoms and is worth promoting.关键词
