蒲地蓝口服液联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime on upper respiratory tract infec-tion in children.Methods:A total of 130 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in the Department of Pediat-rics of Hengshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime alone,and the observation group was treated with Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of obser-vation group was higher than that of control group(χ2=7.127,P=0.008).The disappearance time of cough,phlegm,nasal congestion,sore throat and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-1β),IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and IgG in observation group were higher than those in control group,while those of CD8+,IgM and IgA were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pudilan oral liquid combined with cefixime can effectively inhibit inflammation and regulate immunity in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.关键词
