Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate combined with interferon in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods A total of 62 children with hand-foot-mouth disease in Shanghe People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(31 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with interferon,while the treatment group was treated with Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,symptom disappearance time and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of antipyretic,rash disappearance and oral ulcer healing in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-creative protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate combined with interferon treating hand-foot-mouth disease in children has significant clinical effect,which can promote the relief of symptoms and reduce inflammation,and is worth promoting.关键词
