Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of procalcitonin(PCT)and blood lactic acid levels in neonates with bacterial pneumonia and their predictive value for prognosis.Methods A total of 44 neonates with high risk factors of intrauterine infection+bacterial pneumonia in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study group,and 44 neonates with high risk factors of intrauterine infection+non-bacterial pneumonia were selected as the control group at the same period.The serum PCT and blood lactic acid levels of the two groups were compared.According to the prognosis,44 neonates with bacterial pneumonia were divided into groups,the serum PCT and blood lactic acid levels in the good prognosis group and bad prognosis group were compared to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis in neonates with bacterial pneumonia and predictive value of serum PCT and blood lactic acid levels in neonates with bacterial pneumonia for prognosis.Results The levels of serum PCT and blood lactic acid in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum PCT and blood lactic acid in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the bad prognosis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that serum PCT and blood lactic acid levels were the influence factors of poor prognosis of neonatal bacterial pneumonia(P<0.05).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of serum PCT and blood lactate levels for predicting prognosis was 0.850 and 0.829,respectively.Conclusion Serum PCT and blood lactate levels are higher in neonates with neonatal bacterial pneumonia and poor prognosis,both of which are influence factors for poor prognosis and have high predictive value for prognosis of bacterial pneumonia.Dynamic detection of serum PCT and blood lactic acid levels can be used to evaluate the prognosis of neonates with bacterial pneumonia.关键词
