摘要

Abstract

In order to better control the harmful gases of acetone,hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D3)and octamethyl-cyclotetrasiloxanes(D4)in manned spacecraft.In the article,the acetone,D3 and D4 release of GD414-dilute sili-cone rubber with different curing time,temperature and pressure were studied.The results showed that with the increase of curing time of GD414-dilute silicone rubber,the realese of the acetone,D3 and D4 were significantly decreased,and the the realese of the acetone,D3 and D4 could be accelerated by 72h at 50℃and 72h under 5kPa.Finally,some suggestions were provided for the degassing of GD414 silicone rubber in the manned spacecraft.
