Signal processing of thromboelastography based on improved digital filter and wavelet threshold

Abstract
In order to improve the detection efficiency of blood coagulation function of thromboelastography,a sig-nal processing method combining digital filtering algorithm with wavelet threshold denoising and Duffing system is proposed based on the blood coagulation intensity signal collected by the thromboelastography.Aiming at the char-acteristics of blood coagulation signals collected by the thromboelastography,that is,the noise and interference caused by the motor vibration of the angle sensor during the signal collection process,the improved digital filtering algorithm and wavelet soft threshold denoising algorithm were used for denoising.Aiming at the collected weak co-agulation intensity signal,the weak signal of any known frequency was detected by improving Duffing system equa-tion,thus the weak signal was extracted.The simulation results show that the proposed method can eliminate the random noise in the coagulation intensity signal collected by the thromboelastography,detect the weak coagulation intensity signal,and have high sensitivity.Compared with the unprocessed coagulation intensity signal,the coagu-lation intensity signal processed by the proposed method is more accurate,which can improve the detection efficien-cy of the coagulation function state.关键词
