Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vitamin D3 in the adjuvant treatment of severe asthma in children.Methods A total of 160 children with severe asthma admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(n=80,basic treatment)and study group(n=80,Vitamin D3 adjuvant treatment was added on the basis of the reference group)according to the random number table method.The asthma control,clinical indexes,immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The asthma control of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The number of asthma attacks,emergency visits and hospitalizations in the study group was fewer than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The immune indexes of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D3 has a good clinical effect in the adjuvant treatment of children with severe asthma.关键词
