基于Comsol的锂电池模组热失控仿真研究
Thermal Runaway Simulation of Lithium Battery Module Based on Comsol

Abstract
With the frequent safety accidents of pure electric vehicles,the thermal safety of lithium bat-teries has attracted more and more attention..Based on Comsol software,this paper establishes a lumped model for lithium battery packs which simulates the electrochemical characteristics of internal cells using parameters that are easily measurable from external experiments.This study investigates the state of ther-mal runaway of other cells within a battery pack under the condition of thermal runaway of a certain cell,as well as the process of thermal runaway propagation throughout the entire battery pack.The State of Charge(SOC)of a battery is used to reflect the remaining capacity of the battery.The results of the paper found that the larger the SOC is,the more serious the thermal runaway spreading phenomenon will be while the smaller the SOC is,the more obvious the voltage drop trend is.关键词
