Abstract
In order to realize the production of low manganese steel,the change rule of manganese in the bconverter blowing process was analyzed,and the production data of different process operations were compared to explore the optimization of the production process route and operation method of low manga-nese steel.By optimizing the condition of molten iron,adopting double slag process and increasing the con-tent of oxygen and final slag(FeO)in converter,the residual manganese from converter can be reduced to less than 0.05%,and the goal of mass production of low manganese steel can be achieved.关键词
