Abstract
In continuous hot aluminum-zinc plating line,due to the high aluminum content of zincliq-uid in and low viscosity of zinc liquid,the air knife streaks appear when the weld of the steel pass through zinc pot.This paper introduces the causes of the air knife streaks of the strip surface through the welding,and optimizes the size of the punch of the welder through calculation,thus reducing the probability of air knife streaks when the welding go through the air knife.关键词
