Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous epidural anesthesia in painless delivery.Methods A total of 90 puerpera admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Leling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by coin toss method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given continuous epidural anesthesia for painless delivery,and the control group was given natural delivery.The stage of labor,pain score and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second,third and total stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group in the active stage of the first stage of labor was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous epidural anesthesia for painless delivery in puerpera can shorten the stage of labor,reduce pain,and improve the rate of natural delivery.关键词
