Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)after induced abortion.Methods A total of 48 patients undergoing induced abortion in Taishan District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Tai'an from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given Compound Yimucao Capsules after surgery,and the observation group was given Drospirenone and Ethoestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)immediately after surgery on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,the time of menstrual recovery,and the hemodynamics index of endometrial spiral arteries were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 95.83%in the observation group,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the time of menstrual recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemodynamic index of endometrial spiral arteries of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)after induced abortion is effective,safe and worthy of adoption.关键词
