Ru基负载型催化剂对2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二酮加氢效果的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effect of supported Ru-based catalysts on hydrogenation of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanedione
以γ-Al2O3 为载体、贵金属Ru为活性组分,制备了Ru基单金属催化剂Ru/Al2O3,并以 2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二酮(TMCB)为原料,在高压反应釜加氢反应评价装置上进行催化加氢合成 2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇(CBDO)的工艺研究,并考察了相关工艺条件对加氢反应TMCB转化率和CBDO选择性的影响.实验结果表明,适宜反应条件为反应温度 120℃、反应时间 2 h、H2 压力 4 MPa,在此条件下,TMCB的转化率为 100%,CBDO的选择性为 70.4%,顺反异构比为 1.03.
The Ru-based monometallic catalyst Ru/Al2O3 was prepared using γ-Al2O3 as carrier and precious metal Ru as active component.The catalytic hydrogenation process of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutadione(TMCB)to 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol(CBDO)was investigated in a high-pressure hydrogenation evaluation unit.The effects of relevant process conditions on the conversion of TMCB and the selectivity for CBDO in the hydrogenation reaction were studied.The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 120℃,reaction time 2 h and hydrogen pressure 4 MPa.Under these conditions,the conversion of TMCB is 100%,the selectivity for CBDO is 70.4%and the cis-inverse ratio is 1.03.
