摘要
Abstract
The Ru-based monometallic catalyst Ru/Al2O3 was prepared using γ-Al2O3 as carrier and precious metal Ru as active component.The catalytic hydrogenation process of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutadione(TMCB)to 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol(CBDO)was investigated in a high-pressure hydrogenation evaluation unit.The effects of relevant process conditions on the conversion of TMCB and the selectivity for CBDO in the hydrogenation reaction were studied.The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 120℃,reaction time 2 h and hydrogen pressure 4 MPa.Under these conditions,the conversion of TMCB is 100%,the selectivity for CBDO is 70.4%and the cis-inverse ratio is 1.03.关键词
