滋肾育胎丸治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pills in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 90 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency type in Reproductive Health Center of Liaocheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was injected with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,while the observation group was added with Zishen Yutai Pills on the basis of the control group.The thickness of the endometrium,sex hormone levels,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the thickness of the endometrium in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the level of luteinizing hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency type can increase the thickness of the endometrium,regulate sex hormone levels,increase pregnancy rate and have a definite therapeutic effect.关键词
