Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline nebulized inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis.Methods A total of 70 children with bronchitis admitted to Xiangcheng Town Health Center of Lanling County from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the reference group(35 cases)and the experimental group(35 cases)using the lottery method.The reference group was treated with Budesonide Suspension,while the experimental group was treated with Budesonide combined with Terbutaline nebulized inhalation.The levels of inflammatory factors and the time of symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and lung rales in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Budesonide and Terbutaline nebulized inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and alleviate inflammatory reaction.关键词
