Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 140 children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the reference group(70 cases)and the experimental group(70 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Azithromycin,while the experimental group was treated with Methylprednisolone on the basis of the reference group.The incidence of adverse reactions and the time of symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The time of fever relief,cough relief and lung shadow disappearance in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia is better,which can accelerate the time of symptom improvement without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
