摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal and epidural in labor analgesia.Methods A total of 150 parturients admitted to Beihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the parturients were divided into the control group(75 cases)and the observation group(75 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Ropivacaine combined spinal and epidural anesthesia,and the observation group was given Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.The analgesic effects,pain degree and newborn outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic onset time and complete block time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of numerical rating scale for the first stage of labor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in newborn Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal and epidural in labor analgesia is better,which can shorten the onset time of analgesia and complete block time,relieve the pain of the first stage of labor,and will not affect the newborn outcome.关键词
