安徽省某高校硕士研究生心理压力状况调查
Investigation of Psychological Stress of Postgraduates of a University in Anhui Province

Abstract
In order to analyze the mental status of postgraduates in acivil construction university of An-hui Province,the mental health status of 329 postgraduates in Anhui Jianzhu University were surveyed by network questionnaire using self-made postgraduate psychological stressquestionnaire.The result of the survey showed that most postgraduates had a moderate level of psychological pressure,but 32.42%of the postgraduates had severe psychological pressure.The postgraduates'psychological pressure degree was positively correlated with grade,experience of being student leaders,negatively correlated with profession-al awareness,career planning clarity,life satisfaction.Overall,postgraduates could cope with psychologi-cal pressure through acceptance,transfer and reasonable venting,but in the case of severe psychological pressure,11.32%of postgraduates chose to cope in a depressive manner,and only 2.83%of them sought professional psychological counseling.In response to the problems identified by the investigation,com-bined with the psychological characteristics,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three aspects of the university,the tutors and the postgraduates to promote the comprehensive develop-ment of the physical and mental health of postgraduates.关键词
