Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Particles combined with Cefaclor in the treatment of children with acute bacterial enteritis.Methods A total of 64 children with acute bacterial enteritis admitted to Jimo District Yifengdian Health Center of Qingdao from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the study group and the control group using the coin toss method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefaclor,while the study group was treated with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Particles combined with Cefaclor.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had shorter recovery time for body temperature,appetite,abdominal pain,and stool frequency compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Particles combined with Cefaclor in the treatment of children with acute bacterial enteritis is better,which is worth promoting and using.关键词
