Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yanhuning + Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of acute pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 60 children with acute pneumonia admitted to Wutai Town Health Center of Pingyi County in Linyi City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the conventional group and the study group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and the study group was treated with Yanhuning on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical effect,the levels of inflammatory factors and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reaction protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of peak expiratory flow,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning + Ceftriaxone Sodium can improve the lung function in the treatment of acute pneumonia in children,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the clinical effect.关键词
