顺丁橡胶对聚乳酸的增韧改性OA北大核心CSTPCD
Toughening modification of polylactic acid by cis-polybutadiene rubber
采用熔融共混的加工方式,制备了顺丁橡胶(BR)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料,利用DSC、POM、TG、SEM和力学性能测试等方法考察了复合材料的性能.实验结果表明,随BR含量的增加,复合材料的结晶度不断下降.BR 的加入使PLA晶体结构出现缺陷,从而降低复合材料的脆性,提高其韧性.当BR 含量为20%(w)时,BR/PLA复合材料的综合性能最佳,断裂伸长率为141.72%、拉伸强度为23.17 MPa、冲击强度增至6.083 kJ/m2.添加BR后,BR/PLA复合材料中的PLA基体相的无定形区域会增加,导致耐热性变差.
cis-Polybutadiene rubber(BR)/polylactic acid(PLA)composites were prepared by melt blending.The properties of the composites were investigated by DSC,POM,TG,SEM and mechanical test.The experimental results show that the crystallinity of the composites decreases with the increase of BR content.The addition of BR leads to defects in the crystal structure of PLA,which reduces the brittleness and improves the toughness of the composites.When the content of BR is 20%(w),the comprehensive properties of BR/PLA composites are the best,with a elongation at break of 141.72%,a tensile strength of 23.17 MPa,and an impact strength of 6.083 kJ/m2.After additing BR,the amorphous region of PLA matrix in BR/PLA composites will increase,resulting in poor heat resistance.
