顺丁橡胶对聚乳酸的增韧改性
Toughening modification of polylactic acid by cis-polybutadiene rubber
摘要
Abstract
cis-Polybutadiene rubber(BR)/polylactic acid(PLA)composites were prepared by melt blending.The properties of the composites were investigated by DSC,POM,TG,SEM and mechanical test.The experimental results show that the crystallinity of the composites decreases with the increase of BR content.The addition of BR leads to defects in the crystal structure of PLA,which reduces the brittleness and improves the toughness of the composites.When the content of BR is 20%(w),the comprehensive properties of BR/PLA composites are the best,with a elongation at break of 141.72%,a tensile strength of 23.17 MPa,and an impact strength of 6.083 kJ/m2.After additing BR,the amorphous region of PLA matrix in BR/PLA composites will increase,resulting in poor heat resistance.关键词
