摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 96 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Mudan People's Hospital in Heze City from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the study group(48 cases)and the control group(48 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is better,which can effectively reduce inflammatory factors and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
