摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the value of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the preoperative diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Methods The imaging data of 109 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to the Mengyin County People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent TVS,MRI examinations,and the consistency between different examination methods and pathological results was analyzed.Results The consistency between MRI and pathological results was Kappa=0.811,and the consistency between TVS and pathological results was Kappa=0.771.Conclusion Both TVS and MRI can be used for the preoperative diagnosis of endometrial cancer,and the consistency between MRI and pathological results is higher.关键词
