Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor.Methods A total of 70 patients with breast malignant tumor in Yan'an Fu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected.All patients underwent ultrasound examination.The positive rate was counted,and the imaging characteristics and blood flow of the lesions were analyzed.Results Sixty-one cases of breast malignant tumor were diagnosed by ultrasound,the positive rate was 87.14%,and 9 cases were misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 12.86%.Among the 61 patients diagnosed by ultrasound,50 cases(81.97%)had irregular tumor morphology,52 cases(85.25%)had internal hypoechogenicity,45 cases(73.77%)had unclear boundary,29 cases(47.54%)had microcalcification,and 27 cases(44.26%)showed echo attenuation behind the lesion.Among the 61 patients diagnosed by ultrasound,grade 0 was not found in blood flow signal,14 cases(22.95%)were grade Ⅰ,31 cases(50.82%)were grade Ⅱ,and 16 cases(26.23%)were grade Ⅲ.Conclusion Ultrasound can better diagnose breast malignant tumor.关键词
