Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected cervical cancer who were admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected and underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and colposcopy.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods.Results Pathological results were positive in 72 cases,and combined examination were positive in 71 cases.Compared with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher(P<0.05).Compared with colposcopy,the sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with colposcopy has higher efficacy in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.关键词
