Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of thinprep cytologic test(TCT)combined with colposcopy in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 5486 women who underwent cervical cancer screening in Laiwu District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Jinan City from January 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.All of them underwent TCT and colposcopy.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods.Results Pathological results showed that 56 cases were positive and 3174 cases were negative.Fifty-nine cases were positive and 3171 cases were negative by combined examination.The specificity,positive predictive value and accuracy of TCT combined with colposcopy were higher than those of TCT alone(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT combined with colposcopy has higher value in the screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer.关键词
