摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of Lamaze pain reduction method combined with free position in vaginal trial delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 110 primiparas who underwent vaginal trial delivery in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(55 cases)and the study group(55 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional midwifery care,and the study group received Lamaze pain reduction method combined with free position on the basis of the control group.Pain,labor process and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of visual analogue scale of latent period and active period in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate and cesarean section rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lateral incision rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lamaze pain reduction method combined with free position can relieve the pain of primiparas in vaginal trial delivery,shorten the labor process,reduce the total complication rate and cesarean section rate,and has clinical application value.关键词
