摘要

Abstract

The current industrialized processes for propylene oxide production by propylene epoxidation are reviewed,including chlorohydrin process,co-oxidation process,cumene hydroperoxide oxidation process and hydrogen peroxide oxidation process.The direct oxidation process using oxygen as the oxidant is the most ideal production technology for propylene oxide,but it has not yet been industrialized.Based on the technical characteristics of oxygen direct oxidation process,the research progress,reaction principles,and existing problems of catalysts for this process are discussed,and the directions for future application and development are also prospected.
