摘要
Abstract
Perovskite solar cells have emerged as the hot topics of the research area due to their excellent power conversion efficiency and various distinctive properties.2D perovskite,a new type of material,has unique structure and properties and is promising for further improving of perovskite cells.The structures and properties of perovskite solar cells and 2D perovskite materials are included.The effect of 2D perovskite materials on the opto-electronic property and device stability of perovskite solar cells are summarized.The characteristics of new 2D/3D composite perovskite solar cells are generalized.The existing problems in the research field of 2D perovskite solar cells are analyzed and to the possible future research trends are looked forward.2D perovskite materials are of great significance for achieving efficient and stable perovskite photovoltaic devices.关键词
