Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods A total of 70 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who were treated in the Department of Gynecology of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing.The status of cancer-related fatigue,sleep and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the cancer fatigue scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor can improve the status of cancer-related fatigue and sleep,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which can be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
