Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of motivational nursing intervention on the cosmetic effect of children after cosmetic suture.Methods A total of 100 children with trauma requiring debridement and suture admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology of People's Hospital of Sishui County from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time.A total of 49 children admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were included in the control group and received routine nursing.A total of 41 children admitted from January to December 2022 were included in the observation group,and received motivational nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Wound healing status,wound healing time and scar condition were compared between the two groups.Results Wound healing status,wound healing time and scar condition in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational nursing intervention can improve the wound healing status and scar condition of children after cosmetic suture,shorten the wound healing time,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
