光伏玻璃透光率是影响太阳能电池效率的重要因素.在光伏玻璃表面覆功能膜不仅可以提高透光率,还能一定程度上减少在太阳能电池使用过程中由于表面积尘造成的透光率损失.介绍了 3 种玻璃表面功能膜(增透膜、防尘膜、自清洁膜)的作用原理,归纳了近年来实验室与工业研究中功能膜设计与制备的研究进展,梳理了各类膜层结构、成分与性能之间的关系,讨论了现有制膜技术中常见的问题、膜层设计与应用过程中的注意事项等.

The transmittance of photovoltaic glass is an important factor affecting the efficiency of solar cells.Functional coatings on photovoltaic glass can not only increase light transmittance,but also reduce transmission loss caused by surface dust accumulation during use.This article introduces the working principles of 3 types of functional glass coatings(anti-reflective coating,anti-soiling coating,and self-cleaning coating),summarizes the research progress in the design and preparation of functional coatings in laboratory and industry,sorts out the relationship between layer structure,composition and property of the coatings,discusses common problems in existing coating fabrication techniques and attention points in coating design and application processes.
