Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing measure on family atomization treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 98 children with bronchopneumonia who were treated in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from November 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group(n=49)and the study group(n=49).Both groups were treated with family atomization,the reference group was given routine discharge guidance intervention,and the study group was given continuous nursing measure.The disappearance time of symptoms and the total compliance rate of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of dyspnea,cough and moist rales in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing measure in family atomization treatment of bronchopneumonia in children can help improve the clinical symptoms and the compliance of family atomization treatment.关键词
