摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in the Reproductive Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of medical record number,they were divided into the experimental group(48 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The control group was given traditional nursing,and the experimental group was given humanistic care nursing.The negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of tension,depression and panic in the two groups decreased,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,role function,mental health and general sense of health of the two groups increased,and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy can improve negative emotions and quality of life.关键词
